Richard is a veteran product and fintech leader with 25+ years building data and analytics solutions for myriad industries including financial services, intelligence, and anti-financial crime. He’s advised 300+ banks, regulators, and fintechs globally and has held executive roles at AlertSpeed, SymphonyAI, Quantexa, and Pitney Bowes.
His leadership has shaped over $100M in product revenue across cutting-edge RegTech companies. A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and the son of two police officers, Richard brings executional grit, deep domain insight, and moral clarity to Flagged’s mission.
After decades helping institutions, he’s now building the platform consumers need to fight back.
He knows how to go from 0–1 and this is the product he was built to create.

Jasper is a veteran technologist and skilled software developer with 30+ years of experience building scalable infrastructure, distributed systems, and product-first applications. As Flggd’s co-founder and CTO, he leads engineering with precision, empathy, and a deep commitment to mission-driven technology.
Previously, Jasper scaled platforms to serve 40,000+ retail locations and led teams at inStream and PongSpace. He excels at translating vision into robust, user-centric systems.
Jasper holds a B.S. from RPI and an M.S. from Brown in computer science, with a focus on machine learning and distributed systems.
Beyond tech, he’s a culture-builder, ethical computing advocate, and national youth mentor. Jasper brings not only code but also soul, exactly the right co-founder to scale Flggd with speed and heart.
