A customer forwards a text to your support desk. Is it really from you?

Without a shared answer, every agent judges each message alone. Two agents can give two different answers. And the customer acts on whichever arrives first.

The Flggd API puts the Flggd verdict engine behind an endpoint, for an institution that wants to call it from its own systems.

Your system sends a message, a link or an image. A verdict comes back, with the reasons named. Likely a scam, proceed carefully, or likely safe.

Call it from your own systems, wherever messages reach you: your app, or the tools your team already works in.

Back at the desk, the verdict and its reasons sit on the ticket. Every agent works from the same verdict and the same reasons, to give the customer.

Your key comes from the Flggd team. And every verdict is an AI-assisted assessment, never a guarantee.

It's for banks, credit unions and fintechs that want Flggd's verdict inside their own decisions. One engine behind every answer, wherever the question arrives.

What it returns

A verdict, the signals that produced it, and a narrative. Those three are guaranteed on a successful response.

The same service that answers the Flggd app answers here. An institution sends a message, a URL or an image and receives a verdict with the reasons named. A verdict is one of four bands:

  • Red. A scam that asks for an action. Do not act, do not reply.
  • Yellow. Likely a scam that asks for an action. Do not act until it is verified.
  • Grey. Scam intent with no call to action yet, such as a wrong-number opener. Do not reply.
  • Green. Needs affirmative evidence the message is legitimate. Never given just because nothing was found.
