Before you send anything

This form is for requests about the program only. Please do not include case files, victim or suspect details, evidence, or anything confidential, and do not attach files.

If case information reaches us anyway

A member of our team will see it, reading only as much as is needed to recognise what it is. We will not use it for any purpose, including developing or improving Flggd’s products. We will contact your agency to ask how it wants the information handled. Unless your agency asks us to do something different, or the law requires us to keep it, we will delete it within 30 days. If the information suggests someone is at risk of immediate harm, we may contact your agency or emergency services straight away.

Flggd is not a reporting channel

To report a crime, use IC3.gov and your agency’s own procedures. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

See our Privacy policy.

We aim to reply within one working day. This is not an emergency or reporting service.
